Can one play pack be used for multiple kids: Yes
Can a Nannyshare use the same membership? Yes
Can a booking get rescheduled without loosing a credit? Yes, within two hours of the booking using our online system.
If you book and no-show, will there be a refund? No, we cannot rebook the spot and will not issue a refund.
Do play packs expire? Play Packs expire after 90 days.
Register for gym play session online. Easily reschedule classes as needed. One membership can be used for all children in the family. You must register each child individually. Non participating siblings are free.
Life happens and you might need to cancel your booking. Use your confirmation email to cancel or rebook.
