Real Talk on Our Cancellation Policy
Allo events require a 30-day written cancellation notice to get a full refund. Covid has made it incredibly challenging for in-person businesses to stay afloat. When a customer cancels with less than 30-days notice, we rarely can rebook that appointment and it results in the loss of income for our team. Please notify us by emailing AlloBoston@gmail.com 30-days prior to your party date.
